  SPECIFICALLY asked for floors to be set aside when we put down the deposit and told them it would be a few weeks before we could get back to pick it up. They called 3 days ago to confirm pickup, we drove 2 hours to pick it up today and it was not in stock. Overall, VERY dissatisfied with the customer service ALL the way around.

  Being a contractor I have sent many of my clients to GCI.The problem is anytime I receive the product it's either damaged , dirty or it's not what my clients requested.Just last week one of my customers requested a vinyl plank flooring that was estimated by me at $1.50 sq.ft. installed.Instead the salesman told him that they couldn't find that specific product but we're sending him something else.I personally took a $5000.00 loss because when he paid $450.00 in freight for an entire skid of a PVC. wood planking I had to install it being a reputable master installer.I will never again send anyone there to GCI.!!!
