  I purchased turf from this company which was defective when we received it. (had wrinkles in it that the flooring installation company was unable to smooth out) I made multiple attempts to contact the sports turf warehouse about the issues with their product but got no call back. apparently, after the point of sale there is no service and no warranty. Buyer beware.

  We work with hundreds of distributors each week as we ship all over the world. I was told by Sports Turf that they would ship my order 3-weeks ago. I paid with our credit card. When the order didn't arrive at it's destination I called to check. I was told it would be the next day. This went on everyday for over two weeks. I was told that I would receive a call if there was a problem. I never received a call. I just found out from them that they would not be able to fill the order. I normally do not write these reviews if my experience is negative however this is a special case. I have never worked with a more unprofessional company in my career. I would lead everyone in this industry away from Sports Turf Warehouse. If anyone from the company would like to talk to me about I'm available anytime.
